Rental Requirements
The renter must:
- Be at least 25 years old
- Have a valid driver's license
- Have a valid credit card
- Proof of valid auto insurance policy
We'll also need your driver's license number, your auto insurance policy number, and the address where you're staying. If you don't have a driver's license, we're unable to rent to you — this is standard at any U.S. vehicle rental agency and required by insurance regulations.
No — we don't provide or sell vehicle insurance. Your existing auto insurance policy covers your rental, which is why proof of insurance is required for all drivers.
Any driver who meets all of the same requirements as the renter (minimum age, valid license, valid auto insurance) and is listed as an additional driver on the rental agreement. Drivers under the minimum age — including licensed teens — may not operate the cart.
Only the drivers need to sign a waiver.
Pickup, Delivery & Returns
- We deliver the cart to the location where you're staying and pick it up at the end of your rental (free of charge in most locations).
- Delivery and pick-up times will be specified in your rental agreement. Renter must be available at delivery time to sign for and receive the cart. If you are unable to be present at pick-up time, call us, and we can arrange for an absentee pick-up. Note: unless prior arrangements for absentee pick-up have been made, the renter must be present at the time and place of pick-up.
Call to confirm availability, and we'll extend your rental on the spot.
No refunds are issued for early returns.

Facts about the Carts
Plug the provided charger cord into any standard 110V household outlet — ideally one with nothing else plugged into it. A power cord is provided with your rental. Keep the cart plugged in whenever it's not in use and check the charger indicator light: it should blink while charging and show solid green when fully charged. A full recharge takes approximately 6-7 hours. We recommend recharging whenever the power indicator drops below 20%.
Approximately 20-25 miles depending on load, speed, and lights, sound & terrain. To maximize battery life, accelerate gradually and avoid driving at full speed for extended periods — the more conservatively you drive, the more range you'll get.
Approximately 15–25 MPH depending on cart size, load, and local speed regulations, and mode. ”Drive Mode” operates at a maximum of 15MPH and “Sport Mode” operates at 25-30 MPH. Sport Mode WILL reduce the battery life MUCH faster that “Drive Mode”.
Each of our carts are “Factory Lifted” meaning the suspension systems are slightly taller and more robust than a standard golf cart.
All of our carts are premium brands and brand new 2026 models with the latest technology available.
LSV stands for Low Speed Vehicle — a golf cart upgraded with car-style features like brake lights, turn signals, mirrors, horn, seat belts, and a speedometer. Mississippi law requires any cart operating on roadways to be equipped with all these feature in order to be “street legal”.
Our carts are equipped with Bluetooth speakers, Apple Play, radio and USB charging ports — Note: the “radio” will capture very few stations as we do not equip them with antennas.
We offer (4) four-person, and (6) six-person carts. Each cart also has a small storage compartment. Carrying additional passengers, beyond the number of seat-belts, is prohibited. Stacking or strapping anything to the roof of the cart is strictly prohibited.
